The WCR Herd and Flock

Why do we have livestock and birds at a wildcat sanctuary? That’s an easy answer, we love all animals and when one needs a home and we can accommodate them we’re happy to make that happen. Cows, sheep, donkeys, turkeys and chicken make WCR their home. We love having them here and they add a wonderful element to the family.

Our Dogs

No rescue would be complete without dogs, and having more than one rescued dog is even better. Millie and Fifi love playing, lounging in the shade, or bossing the keepers around. Life is great for these two girls.

Domestic Cats

WildCat Ridge Sanctuary also has domestic cats that have come from other rescues when they weren’t adoptable. We’ve had great success providing these cats with a safe, comfortable lifetime home where they can relax and live however they like. The personalities range from completely afraid of people to social cats that were thought to be feral but just needed some extra time to relax.
